The Team

Charlie roadman

I've been working as a criminal defense attorney in Austin for over 22 years, and I started my own firm right after getting my law license. My career is dedicated to defending people who are facing legal charges in Travis County and nearby areas. I find great joy in this job because helping others is a fundamental part of who I am.

My philosophy in handling cases is to challenge every aspect of the charge while also giving my clients advice on how to reduce the impact on their lives. I encourage them to see their criminal case as a chance to make positive changes, which often leads to better results in their legal situation.

Courtney Cobelle

Courtney graduated from the University of Texas Law School in 2010 and began working for us in December 2011. She is a veteran of the U.T. Law Criminal Defense Clinic and has practiced criminal defense exclusively since being licensed in November 2011. She is a devout Dallas Cowboys fan and loves her three dogs, Henry, Walter and Suzy.
